According to Odaily Planet Daily, Kalshi, a regulated prediction market platform, has seen its valuation rise to $11 billion following a $1 billion funding round led by Paradigm. Its co-founder, Luana Lopes Lara, became the world's youngest self-made female billionaire at the age of 29.
