Odaily Planet Daily reports that former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) praised Trump's decision to pardon former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández on social media on Tuesday, saying, "Few people deserve freedom more than him." Hernández was previously sentenced to 45 years in prison for drug-related offenses.

SBF himself is serving a 25-year sentence for misappropriating billions of dollars in client funds on charges of fraud and conspiracy, and is hoping for a pardon from Trump. However, analysts point out that given SBF's $5.2 million donation to the Biden campaign in 2020, his chances of being pardoned are extremely low.
