Users who wish to apply for a refund can deposit their acquired BOB tokens into their Gate spot account, fill out the official refund application form, specify the number of tokens requested for refund, and the platform will process the refund after review.

Gate emphasized that user interests are always the platform's top priority, and that it will provide a 100% refund channel for all users who participated in this project, with the platform bearing all related costs.
