Hourglass: Stable Pre-deposit Phase 2 Overpayment Refund Now Open

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Hourglass announced on the X platform that the second phase of the Stable pre-deposit program's excess refund program is now open, and users can apply for refunds through the Merkl platform.

In addition, Hourglass stated that in the second phase, the first $1,000 of each deposit will be fully accepted, and the portion exceeding $1,000 will be split into approximately 45% deposits, with the remaining 55% refunded.

Previously, it was reported that more than 24,000 wallets (with a total deposit of approximately $1.74 billion) had successfully passed the initial wallet screening in the second phase of the Stable pre-deposit program.
