Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company Intchains Group has announced a definitive agreement to acquire ECHOLINK Limited's Proof-of-Stake (PoS) technology platform for $1.3 million. The platform aims to provide staking services on blockchains such as Ethereum, Avalanche, and Manta for individual and institutional investors.
