According to Onchain Lens monitoring, an off-exchange institution/whale address recently purchased 9,945 ETH from FalconX, Wintertermute, and Coinbase, worth approximately $31.89 million.

On-chain records show that the institution had previously earned over $94 million through multiple ETH swing trading operations.
