Odaily Planet Daily reports that Hong Kong-based Bright Smart Securities announced that Ant Group, the offeror for the acquisition, is considering extending the final deadline for the transaction. The deal reportedly requires approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the National Development and Reform Commission, but it may not be possible to meet all transaction conditions before November 25th.
