According to an article published on the X platform by Cody_DeFi, MEV Capital's Total Value Locked (TVL) on Morpho has declined rapidly, with some pools' TVL falling to only one-tenth of its peak. MEV Capital only recently began "bad debt liquidation" of some stablecoins, handling the issue by distributing it equally among depositors.
