According to Odaily Planet Daily, Hourglass posted on the X platform that the KYC link for the second phase of the Stable Pre-deposit Vault is expected to be released before 11:59 PM UTC on November 8 (7:59 AM Beijing time on November 9). After the link is released, users will have 72 hours to complete the KYC verification.
