Odaily reports that Tether has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the People's Committee of Da Nang City, Vietnam, to promote the development of digital infrastructure and innovative governance models in Da Nang. Through this MoU, Tether and Da Nang will jointly research and develop a mechanism to support the responsible integration of blockchain, digital assets, and peer-to-peer technologies. This initiative will draw on international best practices to advance transparent, efficient, and robust digital governance solutions. Furthermore, Tether will support Da Nang in developing policies applicable to blockchain technology, digital assets, sandbox experiments, and Real-World Asset Tokenization (RWA).
