According to Bubblemaps, a Sybil attack was detected during the MegaETH MEGA token presale. The MegaETH presale rules clearly stipulated that each user was limited to one wallet, the maximum bid amount was $186,000, and identity verification was required through the Echo platform.

Bubblemaps discovered approximately 20 entities using multiple linked wallets to exceed the $186,000 limit. One typical case shows that wallet address 0x9f5c received funds through Kraken a day earlier and then dispersed the funds to three new wallets, using four addresses to total $600,000, which is three times the allowed allocation limit.
