WisdomTree announced a partnership with Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) to provide on-chain and off-chain access for retail investors' funds on its digital asset investment app, WisdomTree Prime. The app already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, tokenized gold, and WisdomTree digital funds, and has launched its own stablecoin, USDW, for fund dividend payments. In addition to USDW, the app also supports USDC and PYUSD stablecoins. BNY also serves as the custodian and banking partner for USDW reserves, promoting the integration of digital assets and traditional finance.
