According to Odaily Planet Daily, TIS, one of Japan's payment infrastructure providers, announced a partnership with Ava Labs to launch a blockchain-based multi-token platform. Built on Avalanche's enterprise-grade blockchain building tool, AvaCloud, the platform will support the issuance, settlement, and management of stablecoins and tokenized assets compliant with Japan's Payment Services Act.
