MetaMask has launched multi-chain accounts

According to Odaily Planet Daily, MetaMask announced on the X platform that it has launched multi-chain accounts. Furthermore, user asset loading speed has increased by 30 times.

MetaMask was originally an Ethereum-only wallet. Over time, it has added native support for Ethereum Layer 2 (such as Arbitrum, Base, Linea, and others) and other EVM networks. Through Snaps, the wallet can now connect to non-EVM networks.

Today, thanks to architectural improvements, MetaMask is able to natively support non-EVM networks such as the Solana network, and plans to support networks such as Bitcoin soon.
