Tether plans to launch compliant stablecoin USAT in December

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Tether plans to launch its stablecoin, USAT, in December for the US market, complying with federal regulations under the GENIUS Act. The token will be issued by Tether America, a joint venture between Tether and Anchorage Digital, a regulated US crypto bank. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that the company is investing in expanding USAT's user base, aiming to reach 100 million US users.
