Odaily Planet Daily reported that the Swiss pure Bitcoin investment application Relai has become the latest crypto asset service provider (CASP) approved under the EU's crypto asset regulatory framework. Official records show that the French financial market regulator, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), issued a "Crypto Asset Market Regulation" (MiCA) license to Relai on Thursday. Relai was established in Zurich in 2020 and operates a pure Bitcoin platform that provides Bitcoin buying, selling and storage services. It adopts a self-custodial approach, allowing users to have full control over their assets. After obtaining the MiCA license, Relai can launch a number of regulated services related to Bitcoin investment on its application. With this license, Relai is allowed to support Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) payments within the EU and provide higher euro transaction limits. (Cointelegraph)
