The company will immediately allocate a portion of the funds to the HYPE token, which will become a core component of its active asset management portfolio. According to news on October 23rd, the Ann Arbor-based medical technology company has completed a private equity (PIPE) financing round, raising $4.9 million, with institutional and crypto investors as the primary participants.
At the same time, the company revealed that it had allocated approximately $3 million of the aforementioned funding to acquire 78,863 Hyperliquid platform tokens (HYPE tokens).
