Ethereum developers discussed several key topics at the 223rd All Core Devs-Execution (ACDE) meeting on October 23rd. The meeting confirmed that the Fusaka testnet is progressing smoothly, with a 99% participation rate and participation from all client teams.

At the request of @ralexstokes, the development team moved up the Fusaka BPO1 launch date from December 17th to December 9th. Meanwhile, an update from the Glamsterdam devnet revealed that BAL is now running locally, with the BAL devnet expected to launch tomorrow. The meeting also discussed the best ways to improve gas accuracy, with a dedicated breakout session planned for next Wednesday.
