ETHZilla, a US-listed Ethereum treasury company, acquires 15% of Satschel for $15 million

According to Cryptobriefing, Peter Thiel-backed ETHZilla will acquire a 15% stake in Satschel for $15 million. ETHZilla, a publicly traded company that transitioned from biotechnology to Ethereum accumulation and staking strategies, is currently trading under the ticker symbol ETHZ.

Earlier news reported that Web3 compliance company Satschel completed a $5.2 million seed round of financing, led by Brand Foundry Ventures.
