Coinbase systems have recovered from AWS outage

According to Coinbase Support, Coinbase systems have recovered from today's AWS outage. While further instability is not expected, the platform will continue to monitor system status.

Earlier today, Coinbase's Base App (beta) displayed abnormalities due to an AWS outage.
