Blockchain.com plans to go public in the U.S.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, cryptocurrency exchange and wallet provider Blockchain.com plans to seek a listing in the United States through the acquisition of a special purpose company (SPAC). An unnamed person familiar with the matter said that the company has hired Cohen & Company Capital Markets to provide advisory services for a potential SPAC transaction. (CoinDesk)
