According to on-chain analyst Ember, a group of addresses suspected to belong to Richard Heart, the founder of projects such as Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX, moved 81,000 ETH (worth $323 million) in the past five hours. This group of addresses previously purchased 132,000 ETH on-chain for 499 million DAI in March 2023, at an average price of $3,770.
