Odaily Planet Daily reported that at the Aptos Experience event, the decentralized trading platform Decibel announced that the testnet will be launched next month and the mainnet is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2026.

Decibel was created by the Aptos Labs team to build a high-performance on-chain trading engine that integrates spot trading, perpetual contracts, lending, and vault functions. It supports cross-chain accounts and encrypted mempools to improve privacy and transaction efficiency.

The platform will leverage the high throughput and low latency of the Aptos network to achieve a processing capacity of millions of transactions per second, and will promote higher capital efficiency and open liquidity by collaborating with Gauntlet to develop a multi-collateral vault system.
