SoloTex receives FINRA approval to offer tokenized stocks to US retail investors

Texture Capital, a US broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), said it has received regulatory approval to launch SoloTex, which will allow investors to use stablecoins to buy tokenized versions of US stocks. It is expected to go online by the end of 2025. (CoinDesk)
