According to Lookonchain, a LuBian wallet (39DUz...bdNA) has been activated after three years of inactivity, transferring all 9,757 BTC (worth $1.1 billion) to a new wallet. This comes a day after news broke that the US government is seeking to confiscate 127,271 BTC (worth $14.4 billion) stolen from LuBian.
