Bit Digital plans to issue $100 million in convertible notes to increase its ETH holdings

Bit Digital (BTBT) announced it has proposed issuing $100 million in convertible notes to acquire additional ether (ETH). Bit Digital has filed a preliminary prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with Barclays, Cantor, and B. Riley Securities serving as lead underwriters for the offering.

Bit Digital (BTBT) currently ranks fifth among Ethereum crypto treasury (DAT) companies, holding approximately 120,000 ETH, worth approximately US$483 million.
