Animoca Brands announced today that its co-founder, Yat Siu, has joined the Strategic Advisory Board of DigitalX, an Australian-listed crypto asset management company.

Earlier today, DigitalX announced that it has secured commitments to raise approximately AUD 20.7 million through a strategic placement from investors including global digital asset investors Animoca Brands, UTXO Management, and ParaFi Capital. The new funds will be used to support DigitalX's Bitcoin treasury strategy. Animoca Brands served as sole advisor and lead the transaction.
