Notably, a number of Chinese individuals have participated in the project, including Ryan Fang, founder of the cross-chain platform Ankr; Rich Teo, co-founder of the Paxos exchange; Sandy Peng, founder of the Ethereum scaling project Scroll; and Falcon Finance, an exchange invested in by the Chinese-based market maker DWF Labs.
