1 billion USDC transferred from USDC Treasury to Coinbase in the past hour

Odaily Planet Daily reported that according to Whale Alert monitoring, in the past hour, 1 billion USDC (in two batches, 550 million and 450 million) were transferred from USDC Treasury to Coinbase.
