According to Bitcoin Laws, the U.S. Wisconsin Senate has proposed a new bill, SB 386, which aims to require all Bitcoin ATMs to fully implement identity verification (KYC). Transactions must present identity information, with a maximum transaction amount of $1,000 per transaction, and other personal information must be collected to strengthen supervision.
