According to official news from Odaily Planet Daily, SharpLink completed a $400 million private placement at $21.76 per share, led by five global institutional investors. As of August 11, 2025 (Beijing time), the company holds approximately 598,800 ETH and has approximately $200 million in ATM proceeds remaining undeployed. Once fully invested as planned, the market value of its ETH holdings is expected to exceed $3 billion.
