Odaily Planet Daily News community user @Cryptohaifeng_ posted on the X platform that the "Web Snapshot" feature of the "Immersive Translation" plugin has a security vulnerability. When generating and sharing translation snapshots, the data is stored on a publicly accessible cloud site without anti-scraping measures in place, potentially exposing sensitive information such as wallet private keys and financing agreements. Some users discovered that the leaked information included documents such as ZhongAn International's subscription agreement for Yuanbi Technology's Series A2 funding round.
Previously, the product caused controversy due to its restrictions on users' use of cheap third-party APIs, forcing them to subscribe to membership, and the founder exposing the addresses of other competing product authors in the group.
