Bitcoin savings app Bitstack becomes first company to receive crypto asset service provider license in France

Odaily News Bitcoin savings app Bitstack has become the first company in France to receive a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license under the new European Crypto-Asset Market (MiCA) regulation. The company was advised by law firm De Gaulle Fleurance during the license application process. The license provides Bitstack with legal authorization to operate in all EU member states.
