Thesis acquires Bitcoin rewards platform Lolli

Odaily News Thesis, which focuses on venture capital in the Bitcoin ecosystem, has acquired the Bitcoin rewards platform Lolli to integrate into its broader ecosystem. The specific terms and amount of the transaction have not been disclosed. Thesis previously incubated the Bitcoin rewards platform Fold, which was then officially spun off as an independent company. Fold then reached a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger with FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. in July 2024 and was listed on the Nasdaq in February with the stock code FLD. (The Block)
