Citi: Circle's valuation is reasonable, giving it a buy rating for the first time

Odaily News Financial giant Citigroup said that Circle's valuation is reasonable and gave it a buy rating for the first time. Citigroup set Circle's stock price target at $243, which is about 34% higher than the closing price of just over $181 last night. Citigroup reported that Circle benefits from "scarcity value, 'winner takes all' philosophy, huge potential opportunities, legislative momentum" and "huge operating leverage potential."
