Metaplanet: Three ordinary bonds have been redeemed and fully repaid in advance, with a total amount of US$281 million

Odaily News Metaplanet, a Japanese listed company that adopts a Bitcoin reserve strategy, announced on the X platform that it had completed the early redemption and full repayment of the 16th, 17th, and 18th ordinary bonds on June 24, 2025, with a total amount of US$281 million, including:
1. On May 28, 2025, a bond of US$50,000,000 was issued to EVO FUND, with a scheduled maturity date of November 27, 2025, which has now been fully repaid through early redemption;
2. On May 29, 2025, it issued $21,000,000 of bonds to EVO FUND, with a scheduled maturity date of November 28, 2025, which has now been fully repaid through early redemption;
3. On June 16, 2025, we issued bonds worth US$210 million to EVO FUND, with a scheduled maturity date of December 12, 2025. We have now repaid the full amount through early redemption.
In addition, Metaplanet disclosed that it had raised 74.9 billion yen by exercising its 20th stock purchase rights.
