Unicoin plans to acquire a majority stake in Diamond Lake, or start a strategy to reserve altcoins

Odaily News Unicoin, which is facing SEC charges, announced that it will acquire 51% of Diamond Lake and plans to rename it DiamondLake, launching a strategy similar to Strategy's altcoin reserve strategy. Analysts pointed out that this move may be intended to bet on the trend of tokenization of real assets and promote the process of token assetization by taking advantage of legislation.
