Hacker group "Gonjeshke Darande" threatens to disclose internal information of Iranian exchange Nobitex

Odaily News The hacker group "Gonjeshke Darande" (Persian for "fierce sparrows") announced that it had launched a cyberattack on the Iranian cryptocurrency exchange Nobitex, and warned that the exchange's source code and internal network information would be made public within 24 hours. The group accused Nobitex of being a core tool for the Iranian regime to circumvent international sanctions and finance terrorist activities, and even publicly instructed users on how to use its infrastructure to bypass sanctions. The hacker group also claimed that working at Nobitex is considered effective military service by the Iranian government, highlighting the importance of the exchange to the Iranian regime. Previously, the hacker group had launched an attack on the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's "Bank Sepah". Hackers warned Nobitex users to withdraw their assets as soon as possible, saying that "any assets that remain on the platform after that point in time will be at risk."
