Odaily News Polygon founder Sandeep Nailwal announced on X that as the largest holder of POL and someone who has been committed to the success of Polygon from the beginning, he has decided to personally serve as the CEO of the Polygon Foundation and fully lead the strategic restructuring of the ecosystem. Marc Boiron will still serve as the CEO of Polygon Labs under the Foundation.
Sandeep also said that Polygon will gradually abandon zkEVM next year and devote all its efforts to Polygon PoS (focusing on stablecoin payments and RWA) and AggLayer (building a trustless blockchain Internet).
