Data: U.S. spot Bitcoin ET cumulative trading volume is about to exceed $1 trillion

Odaily News Since its debut in January 2024, the U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) has accumulated nearly $1 trillion in trading volume in less than 18 months.
Data shows that the spot Bitcoin ETF will reach a trading volume of $100 billion in March 2024 and $200 billion in April 2024, when the price of Bitcoin rose to an all-time high of nearly $74,000. However, after the cryptocurrency market entered a cooling phase, the trading volume trend slowed slightly, and the price of Bitcoin consolidated between $50,000 and $70,000 in the next seven months. As of June 9, the cumulative trading volume of Bitcoin ETFs has reached $995.2 billion, and the price of Bitcoin is once again approaching its latest all-time high of $112,000, and is currently trading at about $109,850.
