Odaily News AI voice startup Toma has completed a $17 million Series A funding round led by A16z. Toma was founded by Monik Pamecha and Anthony Krivonos in early 2024 and previously participated in the YC accelerator program. The company's AI voice agents are currently used in more than 100 car dealerships in the United States to handle service reservations, parts orders, and customer calls, alleviating staffing issues.
