Trump Media & Technology Group files S-3 with total funding of approximately $2.3 billion

Odaily News Trump Media Technology Group (DJT.O) filed an S-3 registration statement for the previously announced Bitcoin asset transaction. The company said it was seeking registered investors to resell approximately 56 million shares and 29 million underlying convertible notes, and the proceeds would be used to create Bitcoin assets and general corporate purposes. The S-3 form was filed for a debt and equity subscription agreement signed with approximately 50 investors, with a total financing amount of approximately US$2.3 billion.
