SEC officially accepts Nasdaq 21Shares SUI ETF listing application

Odaily News The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officially issued an announcement on June 4, 2025, announcing the acceptance of the 21Shares SUI ETF listing application submitted by the Nasdaq Stock Market. According to the announcement, Nasdaq submitted the application to the SEC on May 23, intending to list and trade this commodity trust-based ETF product in accordance with Nasdaq Rule 5711 (d).
