LOUD token sale ends, users participating in the two phases are expected to receive 225,000 LOUD and 56,250 LOUD respectively

Odaily News Loud! (LOUD) has completed two phases of token sales. The first phase (whitelist phase) had a fundraising target of 200 SOL, and finally received 194.8 SOL. Each participating user is expected to receive 225,000 LOUD; the second phase (public sale phase, first come first served) had a fundraising target of 205.2 SOL (including the 5.2 SOL quota that was not fully allocated in the first phase). It has now been oversubscribed and reached the hard cap.
According to the Loud! issuance rules, when oversubscription occurs in the second phase, the participation amount of each user participating in the issuance is expected to automatically drop from 0.2 SOL to 0.05 SOL, and the excess funds will be refunded. Therefore, each person is expected to receive 56,250 LOUD in the second phase.
Loud! officials added that LOUD tokens have not yet been generated, and users participating in the sale are requested to wait for further claim announcements.
