Tornado Cash developer lawyer claims prosecutors concealed favorable evidence and requests retrial of motion to dismiss

Odaily News The lawyer of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm filed a motion, claiming that the prosecutors knew since 2023 that the FinCEN documents clearly stated that non-custodial crypto mixers do not constitute "money transmission business", but still filed a lawsuit, suspected of concealing favorable evidence. The defense cited the same documents as in the Samourai Wallet case and asked the court to reconsider the motion to dismiss the case.
