Odaily News FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that Caroline Pham, acting chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), will leave her post later this year and return to the private sector. Pham confirmed at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) annual meeting on Thursday that she will officially step down once Brian Quintenz is confirmed as CFTC chair.
