Bitget reported the progress of handling abnormal events of VOXEL contract: the transaction has been rolled back and user compensation is in progress

Odaily News Bitget issued a notice on the handling of the abnormal incident of the VOXEL U-based perpetual contract, stating that it has basically completed the transaction rollback and recovery operations of the relevant accounts, and is giving priority to the compensation process for users who suffered contract losses during the abnormal period.
The platform also responded to user feedback such as "wrong deduction of handling fees" and "inaccurate profit and loss calculation", and has launched an internal secondary review, promising to ensure that no user will suffer wrong deductions or additional losses.
