However, three years later, the project has not produced any canned baked beans, and it is unknown where Noun DAO's $150,000 investment ultimately went. Tony Ho, a director of Sublime Butter, said the funds were never used in the company, and that the company had removed founder Chris Mair as a director in July 2023 and accused him of fraudulently using the brand to raise investments.
