Bitfarms announces it has signed a preliminary agreement for $300 million in private debt financing

Odaily News Nasdaq-listed mining company Bitfarms announced on the X platform that it has reached a preliminary agreement with Macquarie Group for $300 million in private debt financing to finance the initial HPC project development in Panther Creek, Pennsylvania. The initial financing amount is $50 million, and the maximum amount that can be withdrawn after the final documents are signed is $300 million. It is expected that Macquarie Group will provide funds for the initial construction of the Panther Creek data center in a non-dilutive manner.
