PlanB: There is still no real bull market

Odaily News Analyst PlanB published a chart showing that there is still no real bull market. In addition, he explained in the comment section, "I would classify the rebound of BTC price from the absolute bottom of the last bear market of $15,000 to about $40,000 as an accumulation phase, while the process from $40,000 to the current $100,000 may be considered an (early) bull market."
